Problem
Citizens had no clear, accessible way to submit and follow social-assistance requests online.
Built
React.js (Vite) + TypeScript with React Query for cache-aware data, Zustand for client state, and a shadcn/ui + Tailwind CSS design system over a Laravel backend.
Result
A responsive, accessible product serving the general public, shipped alongside UI/UX designers and backend engineers.
